Required Qualifications:

Completed a bachelor’s degree in a health care profession, health management or related field. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the applicable college. A minimum of 3 years’ within the last 5 years’ working in Senior’s Health.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, a focus on patient & family centered care and commitment to providing quality services. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a leadership capacity. (I.e. Charge nurse or team lead) Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office). Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Strong knowledge of rural health services (Seniors and Long Term Care).
