Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Intermediate to advanced level proficiency is required with the following software: Articulate Storyline 3 software, Adobe Audition, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush, Camtasia, SCORM Cloud, SnagIt, MS Office Suite. Experience with Workforce ESP and Workforce Employee Self Service, and Automated Shift Callout. Proficient in the use of computers and intermediate/advanced knowledge of Windows, Outlook and Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint required. Experience documenting and analyzing business processes. Experience working with unionized groups and multiple management levels.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of Knowledge Management Infrastructure SharePoint Business Steward Training. 2+ years of experience providing/facilitation of training to adults preferred.
