Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of solid understanding and proven ability in the following areas: Demonstration of strong communication skills working with all levels within the organization including senior executives, project teams, corporate and technical staff. Able to ratify and get consensus across large differing groups of people. Can work independently, under tight time-lines. Proven experience developing reports for various stakeholders. Firm understanding of data quality and analysis. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and Program Requirements. Improving data capture and information flow. Acts as a subject matter expert to provide input into solutions based on best practices, client needs, and Connect Care reporting requirements. Explains difficult issues and work to build consensus on preferred option with clients and with other stakeholders. Prioritize tasks. Monitors project progress and due dates, escalates potential problems early and communicates them effectively to stakeholders or managers. Creates and maintains documentation. Assists with program administration as required.
