Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge/Aptitude: database and system design. SQL Server reporting services. Tableau. SharePoint. Excellent understanding of technical architecture concepts. Excellent understanding LMS software.  Business Analysis Skills: Demonstrated understanding of project management fundamentals and processes. Ability to handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. Accurate judgment and logical reasoning. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change. Proven ability to work with stakeholders and partners to achieve goals within an organization and ideally managing within a unionized sector. Ability to link project objectives to a strategy. Ability to model complex ideas.  Interpersonal Skills & Professionalism: Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to build confidence in others. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to work with others to achieve common goal.
