Required Qualifications:

Must have 3-5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis or application coordination/management. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited university. Experience in analyzing applications/systems, performing gap analyses, and creating technical specifications (such as workflow documentation and data dictionaries). Analyst experience on large projects and/or operational teams. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to absorb, self-teach, and understand significant amounts of application documentation. Problem solving and decision making. Self-directed and independent. Must be able to work independently in a small team, where each member has a different specialized role. Strong ability to produce well-formatted documentation that can be either highly technical or very simple and user-friendly, depending on the need. Excellent communication, willing to be extroverted and motivated to “get out there” and engage with system teams, managers, and front-end users. Strong mentoring approach, able to provide training to managers and front-end users.


Preferred Qualifications:

One or more years of experience with Clinical Information Systems, particularly related to appointment scheduling and referral management. Adobe In-Design experience is an asset.
