Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Audiology. Active or eligible registration with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current Heart & Stroke Foundation Healthcare Provider CPR certification. Experience counselling and educating patients and their families regarding their hearing status and rehabilitation programs. Consideration may be given to new graduates who have completed a final placement in diagnostic and rehabilitation audiology. Experience using the following Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience using Millennium, InfoMed and Sunrise Clinical Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnostic and rehabilitation audiology with adults. Experience with: Hearing aids and/or bone anchored hearing aids, Alberta Aids to Daily Living Program. Experience administering and interpreting Neurovestibular tests (e.g. VEMPs, VNG and CDP). Experience working with Therapy Assistants. Research projects and data collection, quality improvement initiatives, best practice guidelines.
