Required Qualifications:

A strong clinical background in nursing is essential. Experience in a management/supervisory role. Superior communication and conflict management skills required. Working knowledge of the healthcare system is required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in Corrections is preferred. Experience in managing within the Corrections field is an asset. Knowledge of JSG Correctional Healthcare Services is an asset. Strong understanding of mental health and addictions preferred.
