Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field in conjunction with a minimum of two years' direct related experience or master's degree in a health related field. Experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting multiple measures data set. Experience in Mental Health performance indicator development. Experience in designing and conducting evaluation research.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in a field related to addiction and mental health, health sciences, social sciences, or program evaluation/quality improvement/research (Bachelor’s degrees with sufficient experience may be considered). Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services with demonstrated skills in program evaluation. Intermediate to advanced training/knowledge of evaluation methods (qualitative and quantitative). Demonstrated ability in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on multiple-measures data sets. Demonstrated ability to select and apply appropriate statistical methods; intermediate statistical knowledge required. Experience in service monitoring, client-level outcome measurement, and developing/using performance indicators Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Superior ability to function independently and lead a variety of projects concurrently while working effectively within a team environment. Self-directed with strong analytic skills, attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to give direction and supervise the work of others to ensure project goals are achieved and evaluation practice standards maintained.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of, and experience using, QI methods (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma, Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycles) will be considered a large asset. Knowledge of Tableau will be considered a large asset. Knowledge of REDCap. Knowledge of Calgary Addiction and Mental Health Services. Knowledge of change management principles and processes.
