Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in communications/information design, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Be able to analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and drive innovative application development. Experience with web development technologies, configuring, customizing, and developing applications for website & Microsoft SharePoint. Experience with database development, and the ability to creatively develop the innovative graphic design, adding to the attractiveness and readability of print and digital materials, translating a set of complex information into a variety of print and digital formats, including web-based applications, print manuals, and multimedia materials. Able to produce clear, concise, and visually attractive materials, enhancing how people read, understand, and use information. Excellent communication and team work skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse healthcare teams. Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations and multiple projects. Will be able to prioritize, organize, and make decisions related to work, always meeting deadlines as expected.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Practice confidentiality and professionalism in the everyday execution of duties. Must be collegial, collaborative, team focused, results oriented, and able to clearly see how this position is an essential component of the department’s success. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial, but not required.
