Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Information Technology or Healthcare. At least 3 years recent experience in a senior role within healthcare. Demonstrable knowledge in service delivery practices, project management, and planning.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to translate business needs into IT Strategy. Considerable knowledge of IT systems and systems management. Considerable knowledge of Healthcare Industry. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong long term relationship, communications, and interact professionally with a diverse group of Executives, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts in both IT, and business unit groups. Excellent written and presentation skills, including the ability to make technology understandable to Enterprise decision makers. Experience leading and working effectively in a dynamic environment. Highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution.
