Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, Training or Change Management, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working with multiple levels of leadership / stakeholder reviews and approvals. Ability to work effectively with multiple projects in progress at the same time and establish or adjust priorities based on business need. Strong attention to detail focusing on being thorough and accurate. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Adobe products required (Acrobat, Captivate).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Project Management experience. Experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites. Working knowledge of Visio and Publisher. Technical writing experience, along with a proven ability to document complex processes and content in a manner that is easily understood by others.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci certification and/or knowledge of Lean Methodologies an asset. Previous experience in a PeopleSoft (or other human capital management systems) and knowledge of Collective Agreements is considered an asset.
