Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of advanced experience in staff scheduling in a health care environment required. Experience with ESP and ESP Self Service scheduling software required. Proficient in the use of computers and intermediate/advanced knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint required. Experience documenting and analyzing business processes. Experience working with unionized groups and multiple management levels required. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills and commitment to providing quality services. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Alberta Health Services’ environment and staffing practices preferred. Previous Administrative Support V- Scheduling Team Lead experience preferred. 1+ year of experience providing training/education to adults preferred.
