Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) Certification required. Minimum 3 years previous payroll processing experience required. Previous experience in a unionized environment. Outstanding communication skills verbally and in writing required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office programs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, deadline driven environment is critical. Effective oral communication skills and the ability to interpret information, determine alternatives and implement solutions are required. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organization and work-load management skills. Motivated and team player with the ability to grasp and apply concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous PeopleSoft, SAP, or JD Edwards experience preferred.
