Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Package (intermediate user and above). 4+ years of extensive client service experience, problem solving and conflict resolution skills are required. Previous experience in Shared Services, Human Resources, Payroll or Benefits is required. Previous experience in a fast-paced, work environment required. Fluent in written and spoken English. Demonstrated experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of an HR Certificate is an asset. Experience with PeopleSoft is an asset. Previous experience in a contact centre setting is an asset.
