Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of an Administrative Support course, or diploma and 4 years of related health care experience. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to exercise consistently sound personal judgment, tact, and initiative in problem solving. Proven organization, coordination and tracking of workload and issues management. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to work effectively in a fast paced/high demand environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships in support of the working relationship and influencing leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience may be considered.
