Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of two years’ experience in senior administrative positions. Advanced/intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint are essential. Completion of an Administrative Professional Diploma or equivalent with experience in a medical/hospital setting. Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with quality improvement or research projects.
