Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. 3-5 years administrative experience in an addiction and mental health setting required. Demonstrated experience in supervision of staff required. Excellent PC and keyboarding skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint), Data entry and database management skills required. Experience with clinibase and e-scheduler required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Demonstrated patient and family centered cared. Able to prioritize work and cope with frequent interruptions. Must be flexible & adaptable towards change. Demonstrated strength in developing collaborative, effective working relationships with clients of cultural and socio-economic diversity. Working knowledge and comfort with intake and referral process.
