Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in progressively responsible administrative position. Intermediate computer skills are required, including use of Windows, MS Office, Lync/Skype for Business, Oracle, ESP, and PeopleSoft. Possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Possess and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, organizational and problem solving skills. Demonstrate the ability to interact in a positive manner with others. Must maintain privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information and situations. Possess and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

An equivalent combination of skills and experience may be considered.
