Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a health care environment is required. Advanced / intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint are essential. Demonstrated competency in Timekeeping/Approval is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team setting. Willingness to cross-train and assist with site based priorities. Data entry/reporting experience. Coordination of special projects (i.e. event bookings). Presentation preparation and electronic interface (PowerPoint/SharePoint). Task Orientation with the ability to report upon completion. Strong written and verbal skills.
