Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of some College/University training and two years of related experience, or equivalent. Computer literacy is essential. Proficient in the use of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Considerable knowledge in AHS processes including timekeeping, e-People, financial reporting, RMS, NAR’s, PAR’s, etc. Excellent communication/interpersonal/organizational skills in order to respond to complex requests and circumstances. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions and to prioritize and balance workload. Ability to work in a provincial program. Ability to be an effective team member and work in a cubicle environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have good command of the English language, both oral and written. Ability to draft minutes and preliminary drafts of correspondence for the Executive Director. Ability to proofread and edit briefing notes, memorandums, and all other necessary documents, with excellent formatting, grammar, and syntax. Experience in healthcare or customer-focused setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

A college or university degree is preferred/ recognized administrative certificate.
