Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three years’ experience in progressively responsible senior administrative positions within a health care based organization is required. Intermediate/Advanced computer skills demonstrating proficiency in the use of personal computers: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Outlook Access (email and calendar) required. Ability to set-up and maintain filing systems including electronic filing system required. Skilled in the recording of minutes and summarizing data for distribution required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to problem-solve independently, anticipate needs and take initiative. Ability to work under pressure and handle competing and frequently changing priorities, within deadlines. Demonstrated superior time management and organizational skills. Ability to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated competency in working on ESP, RMS, and e-People preferred.
