Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Minimum 2 years of staffing services experience (scheduling, timekeeping and payroll). Demonstrated leadership experience. Ability to participate and complete 3-week STL Training course as required Ability to participate and complete additional training as required. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ESP. Current experience working in an AHS Centralized ESP Staffing Service Centre. Timekeeping and payroll processing experience in ESP. Call Centre experience. Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience. Experience working in a unionized, health care and 24/7 environment. Knowledge of applicable collective agreements.
