Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

At least 2 - 3 years working in an office setting, with progressively responsible experience delivering support to managers. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and must demonstrate the ability to manipulate large Excel files containing formulas and formatting. The successful candidate must have a minimum typing speed 45 WPM, Fast and accurate data entry skills with attention to detail required. Additionally, will have a strong knowledge of office policies and procedures as well as an intermediate level knowledge of computer systems and applications. The successful incumbent will: Possess strong interpersonal & decision-making skills and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and medical professionals. Ability to recognize potential errors and provide solutions, troubleshooting skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Call centre experience and/or virtual health is an asset. Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting. Ability to work independently with confidence, efficiency, and accuracy under pressure. Well-developed organizational skills. Ability to deal with varied and diverse issues/groups/individuals. Knowledge of computer applications such as Echo Access specific to the management of tasks, MS teams, advanced Zoom creating third party meetings. Experience working with SharePoint and Tableau.
