Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of related office experience. Administrative or Microsoft Office 2013, Email, Spreadsheet courses is required. Typing a minimum of 50 wpm is required. Medical Terminology is required. Computer skills including Microsoft Office 2013 and Outlook e-mail. Demonstrated accuracy with computer/administrative duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous community related experience a definite asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, telephone management and problem solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative Team player as part of an interdisciplinary team.
