Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1-year customer service experience. 1-year scheduling experience. 3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Ability to participate in and complete a 6-week training course. Current experience working in an Alberta Health Services centralized Environment for Scheduling Personnel Staffing Service Center. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Call Center experience. Experience with Alberta Health Services scheduling software (Kronos, Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP), Automated Shift Callout (ASC)). Experience working in a unionized, health care and/or 24/7 environment. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes. Timekeeping/payroll experience.
