Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

3 years’ experience with complex scheduling and on multiple units or sites. Proficient in MS office: Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel - testing to confirm. 40-50 wpm – testing to confirm. Current resume and cover letter required.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years’ experience with complex scheduling and on multiple units or sites in a health care setting. Previous ROCA experience. 1-3 year’s data management. Medical terminology. Previous experience with e-people payroll. Position requires considerable knowledge of AHS policies and requires critical thinking, good problem solving, and decision making abilities.
