Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years related administrative experience in a similar setting is required, including minute-taking and calendar management. Preference may be given to candidates with communicable disease experience. Advanced / intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: MS Suite, including MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, as well as MS Visio, MS OneNote, MS PowerPoint are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. The ability to work individually and as a strong team player with strong interpersonal skills is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MS SharePoint is preferred. Experience with in-house databases such as Netcare and CDOM is preferred.
