Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Position is a key contact for key partners/stakeholders, therefore advanced skills in customer services, judgment and decision-making are required. Minimum of two years senior level administrative assistant experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a large office, health care environment preferred. Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office is required including Excel and use of formulas.
