Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience working with defined pension plans either in PeopleSoft or other HR Information System is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills, along with strong math skills is an asset. Ability to function independently in a high demand, multi-tasking environment is beneficial. Working towards a CEBS designation is an asset.
