Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a logistics coordinator role or equivalent (ideally on IT projects). Able to work in an organization with both direct and dotted-line reporting and peer relationships. Demonstrated experience with complex planning and coordination for large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in health care and/or IT technology teams preferred. Experience in using common applications such as MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, SharePoint).
