Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Applicable diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution; experience in lieu may be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience working in an addiction and mental health environment required; working directly with vulnerable populations, required. Advanced computer skills to include the full MS Office Suite. Experience in developing training modules and ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to ethically balance business and client-service needs. Experience managing multiple priorities. Broad knowledge and understanding of community-based services and intervention programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
