Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have effective time management and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner, and is goal oriented. You will be customer service focused, have well developed communication skills, and are confident with a positive attitude. The ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner, be adaptable to changing situations, and have a commitment to working in a Team setting will be assets. You will also have clear enunciation over the telephone and will provide a respectful, caring, professional service. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and prior experience providing information and referral services and/or customer service. Equivalent experience may be considered. The candidate must possess excellent formatting, grammar, syntax, and proofreading skills. You must have two years’ experience in an office and/or contact center setting with current computer applications and software packages. You will also have accurate data entry skills with a minimum of 55 WPM. Intermediate computer skills are also a requirement for this position.
