Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education completed in Business Administration, Human Resources or completion of a HR Certificate will also be considered. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years working at an inbound call centre. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Experience in Microsoft Office package – the incumbent may be required to complete and pass a Microsoft Office skills assessment. Ability to type at least 50 words per minute – the incumbent may be required to complete and pass a typing assessment. Fluent in written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with PeopleSoft. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the last 5 years working in Shared Services, Human Resources, Payroll or Benefits. Previous experience working in a unionized environment.
