Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience within a medical/hospital setting is required. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. An ability to work independently with minimal direction is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of e-People payroll and Excel spread sheets is an asset. Knowledge of AUPE, UNA & HSAA collective agreements is an asset. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Staffing Clerk experience. Knowledge of ESP is an asset.
