Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education required (Office administration, secretarial certificate and medical transcription). Sound working knowledge and skill in computer technology and excellent typing skills; minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer are required. Two years of experience in a clinical setting is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong customer service orientation are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference to those with experience in Time Entry. Experience with Connect Care, e-People/PeopleSoft would be an asset.
