Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrate leadership skills. Must have Completion of the following courses: Workforce ESP Timekeeper; E-People Timekeeper Basics; HRSS Tk 101. Collective Agreement for timekeepers Minimum of three years current experience working with ESP (Environment for Scheduling Personnel) in staffing services including scheduling, timekeeping and payroll. Must have experience working in a unionized health care environment, knowledge of applicable collective agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum three years customer experience. Minimum three years scheduling experience. Knowledge and efficient operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
