Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an acute care, medical, academic role is required. Medical terminology is required. Ability to communicate effectively and have strong telephone manners and interpersonal skills. Accurate typing skills of 65 – 75 wpm. Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ARIA, Sunrise Clinical Manager, Clinibase, and Millennium required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scheduler would be an asset.
