Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Working knowledge and experience with ESP. Working knowledge and experience with AHS RMS. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Must be flexible in hours of work - to accommodate staff meetings which occasionally take place in the evenings. Must be flexible in work environments and be able to travel within the Edmonton Zone as this position supports the Respiratory Therapy department across three different work sites (UAH Stollery, RAH Stollery NICU, Sturgeon Stollery NICU).

Preferred Qualifications:

Training and experience in project management documentation an asset. Experience with Microsoft Visio an asset. Knowledge and understanding of HSAA, UNA and AUPE GSS collective agreements an asset. Experience in working with AHS E-manager and E-Facilities an asset.
