Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of e-Clinician scheduler. Thorough knowledge of computers and various software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Tandem, Markview and must be eClinician trained). Experience using Peoplesoft. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-tasking, and strong teamwork kills. Excellent formatting, grammar, syntax and proof reading skills (minimum typing speed of 60 w pm). Excellent customer services skills and personal initiative are required for this position. Must excel in a team environment with the ability to work with little supervision. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support-Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification would be an asset.
