Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:High School Diploma required. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal are required; superior active listening and interpretative skills are required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills are required. Must have demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Must have demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize. Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of changing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:1-3 years staff scheduling experience in health care preferred. Proficiency in ESP preferred. Working knowledge of the various applicable collective agreements and pay codes preferred.
