Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

An equivalent combination of education and experiences may be considered acceptable. Minimum 2-3 years related experience in an administrative position. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of computer technology and applications (including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint) required; along with the ability to learn new software programs. Minute taking course/expertise required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, work with fixed deadlines, and cope with frequent interruptions in a multi-disciplinary fast paced, time sensitive environment. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, flexibility and organizational skills required. The successful incumbent must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partner services. High school diploma and/or formal education from a recognized post-secondary institution in Secretarial Arts, Office Assistant, or Business Administration preferred.
