Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

At least two years’ experience in a diversified and high pressure office setting required. Must have advanced skills in and strong working knowledge of computer programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must possess good communication skills. Must demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to work independently under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills of multiple tasks/responsibilities. Ability to demonstrate prioritizing and timely completion of assignments, tasks, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical terminology is an asset. Experience in a health care setting is preferred.
