Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:High school diploma required. 1 to 3 years’ staff scheduling experience in health care required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Customer service orientation on the telephone with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate required. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills required. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and within a team environment required. Attention to detail and a typing speed of 40 wpm required, which will be demonstrated through skills testing.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in ESP preferred. Working knowledge of the various applicable collective agreements and pay codes preferred.
