Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A high level of proficiency is required in the MS Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel (to be demonstrated through a skills test). Computer keyboarding experience with a proven typing speed - minimum, 50 wpm (to be demonstrated through a skills test). Workload varies however, a significant amount depends on excellent skills in writing, formatting and proof-reading documents (grammar, syntax, and spelling). Excellent verbal communication, problem solving, anticipation of needs and critical thinking skills are required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are required. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sitting for extended periods. Using a computer/keyboarding for extended periods. Lifting office/medical supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. Using repetitive motions. Lifting, bending, reaching and standing for prolonged periods.
