Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma supplemented by 2-5 years experience in a contact centre or office setting, having worked in a fast paced, customer service focused environment. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum keystroke requirement of 13,000 - 15,000 keystrokes per hour. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and be able to perform effectively in a team environment. They will have strong knowledge of computer systems and applications, specifically Microsoft Office and data base management. Fast and accurate data entry skills are required, as is the ability to deal with varied and diverse issues/groups/individuals. They will be able to work quickly and independently and excellent customer service and telephone skills are a must.
