Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education required (e.g. Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate or Diploma). Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is required. Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated proficiency in oral and written language skills. Must be able to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion particularly when dealing with highly sensitive confidential issues and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous clerical experience in Addiction or Mental Health setting. 2-3 years in an office setting. 1 year of Health Care setting is preferred. Experience working with people and dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Experience working with people in Crisis.
