Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with receptionist and clerical duties in an administrative support position. Experience in word processing, spreadsheets and database programs and with data entry. Experience with time keeping and payroll documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and demonstrate flexibility and judgment. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, to receive and relay messages from physicians, staff and the public. Evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of thoroughness and attention to detail. Display patience, tact and a pleasant manner with clients. Evidence of ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of post-secondary training at business school or secretarial college preferred. Typing speed of 50 net w.p.m.
