Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or equivalent training requiring automated word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Minimum one year related office experience. Excellent typing/word processing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Work with a variety of computer programs, in particular Microsoft Office. Function effectively within a dynamic work environment. Organize own work to meet pre-established deadlines, and to comply with staff schedules. Work with a variety of staff, maintaining harmonious, professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Meditech an asset.
