Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to prioritize and organize work assignments with minimal direction. Must be able to tolerate prolonged sitting and various keyboarding tasks for 70-80% of the day. Experience with and/or training in nonviolent crisis intervention required. Experience and proficiency with Connect Care roles Schegistrar, Ambulatory Clinics and Template Builder preferred. Strong prioritization and organization skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:Post-secondary training in office management preferred. Previous related experience with customer service focus and in health care setting is an asset.
