Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Clerk or equivalent certification, diploma. BLS – AED Health Care Provider Level C, required. ESP. Proficient with Microsoft Office, required. Proficient with Connect Care and EMR required. Proficient with Intranet required. Proficient with NetCare required. Medical terminology required. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision is required. Two years previous receptionist/secretarial experience in the medical field.
Preferred Qualifications:Customer service training preferred. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to practice in a patient/family centered environment. Effective problem solving skills including analytical thinking and conflict resolution/negotiation. Strong organizational and planning skills.
